TRICK OR TREAT FLATBREAD
Hello and welcome back! Our kids are home on Fall break and I’m captive to their schedule. I’ll post between play over the next weeks. I surprised everyone with these treats, as we started the week: Jack-o-lantern Flat bread Dippers.
These are so simple!
I used a thinly
rolled pizza dough. I
like to make pizza dough (recipe below) but you can make these from dough you buy at the grocer or have you ever
bought pizza dough from your local pizzeria? I used to do this, in our former neighborhood.
Classic Pizza Dough Recipe 1 teaspoon active dry yeast 1 teaspoon honey 1 1/3 cups lukewarm water 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
(*This recipe is for a classic dough. I
often use a combination of spelt, whole wheat with a little bread flour mixed)
