DIY Paper Party Hats
I think a party is a party when the hats come out. I love to have a stash of DIY Paper Party Hats ready to go.
I can’t wait to get these into your hand, too. All you have to do is: print my Paper Party Hat printable, assemble, embellish: PARTY!
There are so many fun ways to do this. I share a few things you can do below.

Decorate Party hat templates to have a hat that you can make yourself.
Invite the kids to decorate these too or choose the color scheme.
Cut the party hats from an unusual paper source, like origami paper, a comic book or leftover paint splatter sheets for an memorable Party Hat.
Create a hat decorating station at a kids party. Print, assemble and set out materials for the kids to use to embellish their perfect party hat.
We coloured these hats using coloured pencil. 
Today, we’re celebrating our dog’s birthday and could use the template in different sized to have a hat for us, Henry our dog and his stuffed animal friends.
You probably already know what you’re looking for but, I wanted to share a few ideas to get you thinking.
This is what you’ll need:

Supplies:

  • Card Stock (I like 22g paper)
  • Printable DIY Paper Party Hat Template (Click Here)
  • Stapler
  • Glue
  • Thin Elastic Band
    Optional: Make Paper Pompoms (tutorial here,)
  • pompoms, glitter glue, confetti, hand-cut paper, sewing accessories such as pompom ribbon or sequins.

To Make:

  • Embellish your DIY Paper Party Hat.
