- Transparent Tape

To ASSEMBLE the Printable Halloween
Popcorn Bags
- After Printing Printable Halloween Popcorn Bags (HERE) make a tube and tape the place where the edges join.
- Flatten the tube.
- Tape the end of the tube.
- Stand the tub up, flatten the bottom and create ears.
- Fold the ears over and secure with tape.
- Fill and enjoy!
